We weren’t able to stay at The Franks due to a wind storm that knocked the power out in all of Marion. They communicated as soon as they knew the power was out and gave us a refund promptly so we could quickly book a hotel. I wish we could have stayed at the house but we will be back in the area regularly so hopefully we can book again!

We had an excellent stay at the Franks’s House on a Hill. Everything is as pictured and described in the listing, except the view was even better than I could have imagined! From check in to check out, top to bottom we had a seamless experience with great host communication, amenities and tools. My favorite tool was the customized app the Franks’s made, designed as a tool for renters that includes home operating instructions, directions, WiFi codes, recommendations for activities + lots more

We enjoyed our stay very much! We made good use of the pool, hot tub, sauna, and cooked dinners in the large kitchen. We were able to catch some beautiful sunsets as well. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! We had three families with 6 children and they loved it! Beautiful location, basketball court was a hit, plenty of room to spread out, and the Franks were unbelievably helpful and easy to communicate! Will book again!!

I don't know where to begin! This home is just as described and the reviews are spot on. So very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. The host were responsive and kind. So happy we found this home and would absolutely recommend a stay!

House on a Hill was outstanding! Perfect mountain getaway. Truly incredibly expansive views. Plenty of space, tons of natural light, beautiful big kitchen, great deck, gorgeous bathrooms, comfortable beds, super sweet and responsive hosts. House is situated in a neighborhood of sorts but we loved that the house itself was still private. Our kids loved the hot tub and heated pool and ALL of us loved the pickle ball court! Spotlessly clean. Already looking forward to a return trip!

The place that brought new memories for our family. From the design of the beautiful house to the very detail of everything in the house. All the appliances in the kitchen to make your stay free of stress. Beautiful, modern dishes to make your meals enjoyable. All the things to do in or out of the house that kept us occupied and never bored. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, basketball court and pool table! The beautiful views outside the kitchen windows. This all and much more made our stay unforgettable!!!

Wonderful Stay!
The Franks played a key role in helping us celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16. The House At The Top of The Hill was beautiful, cozy, and true to the pictures, with stunning views. The girls enjoyed themselves both inside and outside, and we made amazing memories. We’re very grateful for such a great experience.

Don’t stay anywhere else! Beautiful house with so many amenities and extremely clean. Our favorites were the pool and sauna. Lots of space for everyone…the kids really enjoyed having their own hangout spot downstairs. Amazing view of the Smokies in a private location. Host’s communication and proactive approach was top notch. Very good people! We will be back!

The house was perfect for 3 families with ages 3-70. There was something for everyone to do right at the house. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to work with. After communicating with the Franks a few times, you felt like they were a friend. The views off the back porches were amazing!! We saw the most beautiful sunrise too!
